Like many Americans, the pandemic took a toll on my body, and I lost a great deal of weight from stress and no exercise other than walking.

In September 2020 I weighed about 165lbs.

For being a guy who’s 6’2″, I just felt skinny

I decided to make a positive change and start lifting weights and eating again.

I learned my body type is an ectomorph, which means I have a tough time putting on muscle and I have a high metabolism.

From September 2020 until March 2021, I put on a great deal of muscle (and a little fat) and bulked up to 215lbs.

I’ll share how I made this possible, and what happened next!
