I started training again in September 2020, and the journey was rough.
I hadn’t lifted weights seriously in almost ten years.
So I focused on one exercise – literally one!
Kettlebell squats.
I bought one kettlebell and started slow, steady squats with it every day.
Nothing fancy, no swings or anything.
Just squats. One at a time. Three sets of ten.
To tell you the truth – I started sweating – a LOT.
By the time I finished, I was dripping in sweat. I hiked a hill in my area every day, but that did not compare to how I felt after this workout.
